What is the ADV-X Tennis Fitness Rating?
ADV-X is designed for ambitious tennis players, regardless of age or level.
If you want to improve your physical performance to play better tennis, this test is for you. It’s not just a test; it’s an analysis to help you become a better tennis player.
By understanding what you need to improve, based on data from over 10,000 data points gathered from 1,000 tests on 500 elite players aged 12 to 65, you take an important step towards becoming the best tennis player you can be.
What makes ADV-X unique?
Tennis-specific tests that are directly linked to the players' rankings. This connection is not only superficial; it is based on a database and algorithms that give you Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for tennis performance. With a correlation as high as 0.90 against rankings for competitive players between the ages of 12 and 18. This is something that puts ADV-X in a class of its own and there is currently no other test battery for tennis with such strong correlations to performance and ranking.

Vi utbildar tränare i hur de ska stötta sina spelare med att träna sina pass med rätt teknik och skapa förståelse för hur övningarna hänger ihop med spelarnas ranking. Att träna på rätt sak är prio och när vi tränar på rätt saker, ska vi även träna saker på rätt sätt. Lär dig att se och förstå hur du som tränare och klubb kan metodiskt arbeta fram ett bättre rörelsemönster hos dina spelare, oavsett nivå.
