About the event

How to improve movement for competitive players? Identifying the three segments in how the body moves you and how they work individually and integrated is what enables a good technical movement from A to B.

In this course you will learn to understand how the biomechanics of movement, mobility, strength, power and endurance as well as injury prevention parameters are created.

A practical theory to gain deeper knowledge in how we can improve the movement pattern of tennis players at exercise to elite level

You will learn to identify:

Flexibility requirements (damage prevention)

  • Leg movements
  • Upper body movements
  • The movements of the arms

Strength

  • Power development of the legs
  • The transmission of power by the upper body to the arm
  • Arms/Shoulders injury prevention techniques

Power & Speed

  • Press station & speed and fitness
  • ADV-X MOVE - How do you stack up against the pros?
