Sports Testing
One test is worth 20 training sessions
Regardless of whether you train on your own or with a trainer, there is a constant accumulation of information around each session.
How did it feel? Have I gotten better? What do I need to develop for a nose pass? Loading? The length of the pass? Intensity? Technical implementation? Recovery...
The list is long. At AIM-X, every test session is an opportunity to follow up where you stand and where your training should start, continue and when you should reach your goal. Without knowing where you stand, it is impossible to know how to proceed. Otherwise, the training is called exercise.

Which test should I choose?
Tennis-specific tests that are directly linked to the players' rankings. This connection is not only superficial; it is based on a database and algorithms that give you Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for tennis performance. With a correlation as high as 0.90 against rankings for competitive players between the ages of 12 and 18.
