Tennis: Over 5h/week.

Fitness: 1-2h/week

All programs are made from researched areas of on court tennis and

the correlations towards increased performance in tennis.

Purchasing multiple programs will result in different variations and progressions. 

Every program is 8 weeks long.our pro package covers 6 months of training.

We can only build your tennis physique, so you and your tennis coach have the up and coming responsibility ,to get you to use your new qualities on court.
