3 PHASES FOR A BETTER GOLF
To perform better as a golfer, there are movement patterns that help you become more efficient.
If you are stiff in the swing somewhere in the body, you need the right mobility training. If you need more speed, you probably lack Mobility, Strength or Power. This golf program has 3 phases to help you develop all these parts of your golf, through our phases in training. Step by step for you to get better conditions for your golf, in a simple way.
FAS 01
Tolerance increase - Mobility
We introduce movements and positions to the body that it may not have been in for a long time. This is an excellent start, regardless of level, as we can ensure that you do not start training with heavy weights if the body does not move as it should. In this way, we want to minimize unnecessary risks and give you a nicer body to "live in" on the golf course.

PHASE 02
Intensifiering - Styrka
You will start to stress the body more with simple equipment in a gym environment or at home if you have access to equipment. Dumbbells and pull-ups/cable machines are good aids for best results.
Recommended prerequisites: Phase 1
Equipment: Pull-up machine / rubber bands & Dumbbells
Time required: <40 min
FAS 03
Prestation - Power & Speed
Explosive training with a focus on jumps and throws with simple equipment in a gym environment or outdoors. Recommended prerequisites: Phase 1 & 2
Equipment: Medicine ball 2-5 kg
Time required: <45 min
